Annexe Extension, Swinshaw Hall, Rossendale

We received planning permission for an annexe extension to this large imposing property in Rossendale.  The client brief was to design a space that could be used initially as a summer room but be converted into a self-contained annexe in the future.  We were asked to ensure that the extension was in-keeping with the existing property picking up and replicating existing materials and details to ensure a seamless addition.
