July 2023 - This roof raise, dormer and porch extension to a bungalow in Whalley is starting to look the part. The larch cladding and dark grey aluminium windows bring a more modern feel to what was a traditional bungalow.
June 2023 - On site today to check progress on this large 3 storey extension in Langho. This will be an impressive property once complete.
May 2023 - We completed the working drawings for this impressive indoor pool and leisure extension a while back. It was good to be on site to finally see it nearing completion this week.
May 2023 - Great to see the finishing touches being added to this modern extension to create an open plan kitchen/dining room to the rear and new double height entrance hallway to the front of this property in Blackburn.
April 2023 - Another project nearing completion.
The client has taken occupation of the first floor prior to completion of this farmhouse remodel and extension. Well done to the builder for successfully co-ordinating the phased handover of this complex project.
November 2021 - Big steel day! Never an easy task installing such a large beam over this new structural opening. Thankfully everything went without a hitch and the client is looking forward to getting the roof on and making things watertight again.
September 2021 - Breaking through into the existing farmhouse. Removal of the rear wall to make way for the new two storey extension. Existing stone from the rear to be used on the front of the extension to ensure a seamless connection between the new and old.
24/04/20 - Large detached house on final completion.
01/04/20 - Great start to this project for 3 new houses. Possibly the neatest foundations we have ever seen.
22/03/20 - Another large extension completed.
02/03/20 - Matching details make this extension a seamless addition. It is difficult to tell the gable on the right is a two-storey extension to this detached property.
02/03/20 - Lovely solid wood hand made kitchen and parquet floor installed in this kitchen/diner extension. Great choice by the owners.
September 2021 - Due to the extensive ground works, steady progress being made on this large 3 storey extension in the Ribble Valley. Basement waterproofing complete, the upper storeys should now start to take shape.
September 2021 - The morning sun highlighting the fantastic dressed stonework on this leisure annexe building. Looking forward to seeing the contrasting zinc cladding against this natural material.
September 2021 - Finishing touches being applied to this summer room extension. Feature stone chimney awaiting cowl capping and the installation of the log burner this week.
August 2021 - Exciting to see this farmhouse extension project finally emerging out of the ground. The proposals seek to extend the footprint of the property to three times its existing size. The photo illustrates the extent of the new floor plan.
April 2021 - Excellent brickwork match for this new summer room extension. Steel posts secured in place today ready for the roof structure next week.
March 2021 - Steady progress with the basement storey on this large 3 storey extension near Clitheroe. The main steel supports in place this week ready for the upper floors to start taking shape.

but great to see the steel frame for this contemporary house extension taking shape. The open vaulted ceiling and full height corner glazing will look fantastic when complete.
05/07/20 - Recent extensions - pleased to receive Planning Approval for this contemporary extension and looking forward getting stuck into the detailed drawings.
21/06/20 - Private houses - Can't believe how far this project has come in such a short space of time. Good to see interesting stone details being incorporated to bring a bit of unique character to each property.
01/06/20 - Barn Conversions - Great to see this project finally moving forwards. Fantastic timber trusses restored to original condition.
22/05/20 - What an amazing view from this en-suite bedroom loft conversion project. The full width bi-fold doors allow the room to be completely opened up to the outside creating a picture window. A roll top bath in front of the window will be a welcome addition for the owner.
