Higher Grimshaw Farm

We were approached to look at conversion of this existing farmhouse and attached barn to form one large house that could accommodate two generations of one family.  An added complication of the brief was that our client requested that the property could potentially be easily split back into two at some point in the future.  Through working closely with a local planning consultant we were able to secure large new openings within the barn elevation and even roof terraces within the catslide roof.
