Home Extension within Greenbelt, Pendle

Our client bought this property, formerly a residential care home, with a view to redeveloping and extending the footprint to create a large new home.  The site has challenging level changes and is located within Greenbelt which has its own restrictions in terms of development. We were able, through careful consideration, to make sense of the outdated plan and improve the flow between the existing spaces and secure permission for a number of extensions that, although are large, remain sympathetic and subordinate to the original dwelling.
