This tired and dated 1960s property is typical of many projects that we look at.  The existing cellular layout and disproportionate spaces are unsuitable for modern family living.  The brief was to improve the appearance of the property and explore options for a two storey extension to provide a large master bedroom suite and single storey extension to provide open plan living/dining/kitchen area with improved connection to the garden.
