We were asked to provide options for extension to this property to provide a ground floor bedroom suite for an elderly relative along  with a new modern glass extension to the rear improving the connection with the external garden space. In addition, we created a new feature entrance hallway, moving the existing stair and unlocking the plan to improve circulation between each space.
